About Me
Originally from New York, I discovered yoga in the early 2000s while attending a Performing Arts High School. Amid the pressures of academic life and performing professionally in theatre and television from a young age, yoga quickly became a grounding force. It helped me manage anxiety, stay present, and find balance within a demanding schedule.
I also live with noticeable scoliosis—something that often left me feeling self-conscious and was frequently highlighted in my artistic pursuits. Yoga transformed my relationship with my body. It eased chronic pain, improved my posture, and gave me a deeper sense of confidence and acceptance.
My passion for performance led me to the UK, where I earned both a BA (Hons) and a Master’s degree from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I continue to work professionally across acting, voice, and music, and yoga remains an essential part of my creative and personal life.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with The Boston Yoga School in partnership with Sky Yoga, and I'm currently pursuing an advanced 300-hour training with Triyoga in collaboration with Krama Yoga School, led by Michael James Wong.
Today, I teach both public and private yoga classes. Highlights include co-hosting a retreat in Andalusia, Spain with Flourish Yoga; leading rooftop sessions at the Hoxton Hotel Poblenou during the 2024 and 2025 Formula 1 weekends with Off To the Races; and guiding outdoor summer classes at Hampton Pool in collaboration with Kata Sportswear.
My classes focus on the power of breath, mindful movement, and creating a warm, inclusive space. I aim to make yoga fun, accessible, and meaningful—encouraging students to bring the practice off the mat and into their everyday lives. I’m especially passionate about supporting those with limited mobility, a commitment that grew after a family member lost mobility in 2018.
My mission is to make yoga available to everyone. Whether you're new to the practice or returning to the mat, I believe yoga can help restore balance, build resilience, and foster connection. I look forward to practicing with you—on and off the mat.
